Brian brings over 28 years of experience as an Information Technology Professional, with the last 16 years at Agility Partners. Brian excels in leading and delivering complex projects across various industries, with a focus on technological advancements and seamless integration into different corporate cultures. Brian's role encompasses strategic planning, risk management, sales strategy support, and the establishment of key performance indicators. Brian is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of client services. A key aspect of his role is identifying crucial risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Brian also prioritizes opportunities and acts as a technical lead on large-scale projects, remaining hands-on as a Solution Architect. Outside of work, Brian enjoys family time, playing soccer, and coaching youth sports.

Laura brings over 30 years of experience, primarily in professional services and consulting with leading global organizations such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Boston Consulting Group. She has also held CFO roles in private equity and academia. With a career in finance, Laura knows the value of automating business process and leveraging technology to advance and protect your business. She has led key aspects of organization transformations in large complex organizations with an emphasis on automation and digitization to bring valuable insights to leadership. Laura steers the strategic direction of Agility Partners with Jared and Brian who both lead on client relationships and deliverables.

With 25 years of experience in IT, Jared has played a pivotal role at Agility Partners since 2006, significantly contributing to the company's development. As a leader, he ensures the smooth operation of internal processes. He also cultivates key client relationships, managing a team of consultants delivering projects and support. Jared excels in leveraging technology to boost client revenue, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiencies. He has a keen ability to assess challenges and devise technical solutions. His deep technical insight drives the company's technology vision, advancing the team’s capacity to deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions. As a strategic and technical expert, Jared is dedicated to helping clients achieve their technology objectives across all platforms.

Our History
Agility Partners was founded in 1996 by Laura and Todd Ketchum with a vision to transform traditional business processes through innovative technology solutions. Laura brought her expertise in finance, while Todd's passion lay in adapting "old school" processes with new tools to improve efficiency and outcomes. From the very beginning, Agility Partners has been at the forefront of technological advancements, working with early clients like GE Capital, Reebok, and TJX Companies, helping them streamline operations and enhance their technology journeys.
With a background in Lotus Notes, Todd worked globally with IBM Consulting, while Laura developed as a finance and operations expert in global organizations. Together, their combined expertise and commitment to excellence led Agility Partners to become a trusted technology partner, delivering custom solutions that align with the unique needs of their clients.
Agility Partners has a proven track record of completing complex projects for major corporations. Over the years, Agility Partners has grown almost solely through client referrals, and to this day it is our strongest form of new business development. The legacy left by Todd, who sadly passed away in 2014 after a courageous fight with ALS, continues to inspire the team today. His vision for Agility Partners was not just about providing solutions but also about creating an enjoyable work environment and being a trusted partner for clients around the world.
